The excellent web site SHIPLY submits your requirements to small independent carriers who compete for your custom. Many do not charge VAT. We will advise on the weight and volume of goods to be transported.

For reliable deliveries to SCOTLAND, Highlands and Islands try FREIGHT EXPRESS.

Parcel delivery services (such as T.N.T.and Parcelforce etc.), are not recommended for beds and furniture.

Saturday deliveries take place from 9.30 a.m. until finished. We will advise on delivery times after 3 p.m. on the day before. (Call 020 7739 3480 or 0207 739 1018).

It is not necessary to be there before the estimated time (usually a 2 hour window), but you may have to stay later if delays are encountered. The driver will keep you informed of delays.  

Local evening deliveries are between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m.

Please Note: It is the customer’s responsibility to determine that there is nearby parking and good access.

There are no collections on Sundays when the workshops are closed.

All collections are from our workshops at 9 Yorkton Street E2 8NH (020 7729 9448), which are located about 200 yards from the Hackney Road showrooms.  Pull the bell cord at Unit 9 to gain entry. SEE MAP

Weekdays: 9:00 a.m. until 1.00 p.m., and 2.00 p.m. until 5.45 p.m.  

Saturdays: 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Mattresses must not be folded. They have a protective plastic wrapping and can be tied onto your car roof by our staff (not advisable with larger pocket spring mattresses). A roof rack is not required.

Unassembled beds will easily fit inside family sized cars, unless carrying passengers. Larger beds, or beds with high headboards and/or drawers may require a family sized hatchback or van. Loading assistance given by our staff, and subsequent carriage from our workshops is at the customer’s own risk.

As manufacturers we are not permitted to carry or store used mattresses.This eliminates the danger of cross contamination. Local authorities have a statuary obligation to collect and dispose of unwanted household items. Some charge, but many do not.
